Refund and Returns Policy

At My Reading Bubble, we strongly believe in stocking high quality products and we personally check each product before sending them.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase via email to hello@myreadingbubble.com.au

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

You can choose a refund or replacement if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • has a major problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
  • is unsafe.
  • is significantly different from the description. Please note that there will be colour variances across different screens and monitors with our product photos. This cannot be used as a reason for a refund or replacement.
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for can’t be easily fixed.

If you are entitled for a refund, the product(s) must be returned within 14 days to us – the address will be given to you via email. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Pre-loved books have been used before so there will be some ‘wear and tear’ but they are all in really good condition and still have a lot of life in them. These therefore cannot be returned or refunded if you change your mind.

While we have many positive reviews for our books, we understand that each story may not be to everyone’s liking. We are unable to refund or replace a book due to change of mind.

A returned product will be thoroughly checked and inspected before a refund can be processed. Processing time of a refund may take up to 2 weeks.
