Frequently Asked Questions

Currently, our primary focus is on physical books. We do not sell e-books or audiobooks at this time.

Our main focus is stocking published works of Glaiza De Leon (the face behind My Reading Bubble) as well as pre-loved books. If you’re looking for a specific title that is not listed in our pre-loved books section, please contact hello@myreadingbubble.com.au and we’ll do our best to source a pre-loved copy for you.

We happily deliver Australia-wide and offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Most orders are sent with a tracking number. If this applies to your order, you will receive a separate email from Australia Post with the tracking number. Some items (e.g. bookmarks, greeting cards, select pre-loved books etc.) are sent untracked.

Generally, orders are processed within 1-2 business days of placing an order. Once your order has been dispatched it will be marked as completed.

Delivery times vary based on location. Please note that we are based in Sydney so parcels delivered to other states may take longer in transit. For WA-based customers, please allow at least 7 business days for your order to arrive.

Please also allow additional delivery time for untracked mail, remote locations, and any public holidays.

We use Australia Post as they are 100% carbon-neutral delivery.

If you haven’t received your order and it has been more than 15 business days since dispatch please notify us and we will contact Australia Post to launch an investigation if there is a tracking number for your order.

Unfortunately we currently only ship our products within Australia.

We do our best to pack our products so they are safe during transit. In the rare event that the items arrive to you with issues/damages, please contact right us right away so we can find the best solution to rectify your concerns. 

Please note that our pre-loved books have been used before so there will be some ‘wear and tear’ but they are all in really good condition and still have a lot of life in them. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace pre-loved books as we only stock one copy of each title.

Please keep in mind that we do not offer refunds or replacements for change of mind.

For a refund to be issued, the products purchased must be returned in their original condition at the buyer’s expense.

We sure do! Please message us via our contact us page for more information. We currently only offer wholesales so if you are interested in a drop shipping method, we cannot offer our items at this stage.
